I have just read this thread through and with google translation i understand what has happened. I would have done the same tests and as said i am amazed at the answer.
However thinking logically now when the bike is on the side stand the left hand carburetor is lower than the right hand carburetor. As we all know liquid will always go to the lowest point which is the left hand carburetor so this could explain why the problem only happened on the left hand side. It also says to me that there is or was a problem with the float shutting off as this is what controls the fuel going into the carburetor not the fuel tap. If the fuel cut off at the float is working correctly you can leave the petrol tap on prime and run the bike. I have done this.
A small tip. If you are having over fueling issues remove your spark plugs, dry them but only screw them half way back in. This helps to protect the electrode from getting wet again and usually lets the bike run while you check for fuel leakage. Also if the bike is parked pointing up hill leaking fuel will collect in the air box or leak out the K&N filters and allow the bike to run without flooding.
Cheers
